  A few years back my Father died in a different state and we had him brought here. All they did was hold him overnight and next day drive him to the church, a 45 minute ride. While talking over our options with their owner/director we started questioning large charges & fees, like the $500 "grievance counseling" ?? which we found was what we were doing right then at the time ? Discussing what we're going to do, that costs $500 ? One $500 charge was for her coming in to accept delivery of Dad ? Unlock a door and wheel a body in, $500 ! (I'm in the wrong busine$$) Then on the day of the funeral, our worst day ever, she comes up right after the service and demanded we pay the guy who dug the hole, we couldn't send a check, pay now ! She said no ! Mom didn't have her purse with her so we had to drive back and write a check and bring it back right then ! There's nothing like having someone kick you while you're down, to take a lot of cash from a grieving family tho ? If you ever have to deal with them, check charge$ however you may get charged a fee for that too.
